This Privacy Policy explains how MYITG DIGITAL SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 202601013092 / 1675190-V) collects, uses, discloses, stores and protects personal data in connection with our website, accounts, purchases and business communication services. We process personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”) and other applicable laws.

We collect information that you voluntarily provide when you register an account, place an order, enter into a Service Order, submit a form, contact support or otherwise deal with us. This may include:
- name, identity or registration details, job title and company information;
- email address, telephone number, billing and service address;
- account credentials, service preferences and support communications;
- order, invoice, payment status and transaction information; and
- any other information you choose to provide.
2. Service and communications data
When you use MYITG communication services, we may process telephone numbers, routing information, call or message timestamps, duration, delivery status, usage volumes, IP addresses, device identifiers, logs and other metadata needed to activate, route, secure, support and bill the Service. Content is processed only where required to provide the requested functionality, troubleshoot with authorisation, comply with law, or protect the Service.
3. How we use personal data
We may use personal data to:
- verify applications and create or administer accounts;
- provide, activate, maintain and support Services and equipment;
- process orders, payments, billing, refunds and collections;
- communicate service updates, security notices and support responses;
- prevent fraud, abuse, unlawful messaging and unauthorised access;
- meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory and MCMC obligations;
- analyse and improve our website, products, service quality and customer experience; and
- send news, promotions or event information where permitted, with an option to unsubscribe.
We do not sell personal data.

5. Payment information
Payments may be processed by banks or third-party payment gateways. MYITG does not intentionally store complete payment-card credentials when they are collected directly by the payment provider. The provider's own privacy and security terms may also apply.
6. Website data and cookies
Our website may automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring URL and cookie or analytics identifiers. We use this information to operate the website, remember preferences, measure performance, prevent abuse and improve content. You may control cookies through your browser, although disabling necessary cookies can affect account or checkout functions.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls, authentication, monitoring and encryption in transit where appropriate. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Customers must also keep credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access.

When no longer required, information is securely deleted, destroyed or anonymised, subject to backup and legal-retention cycles.

Some service providers or communication routes may process information outside Malaysia. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and applicable legal requirements.
