These Terms govern your use of MYITG services, operated by MYITG Digital Sdn. Bhd. (Registration No. 202601013092 / 1675190-V). By subscribing to or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
MYITG provides business communication services including Cloud PBX, VOIP, SIP Trunking, messaging (SMS, Voice and WhatsApp Blast) and related field and outbound tools. Service features and inclusions are as described on the relevant product page or in your service agreement.
We are a licensed telecommunications provider and operate in accordance with applicable Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) regulations.
2. Subscriptions & billing
Subscription services are billed monthly or annually in advance, as selected at checkout. Prepaid credits (SMS, Voice and WhatsApp) are charged at the time of purchase and do not expire.
All prices are stated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and exclude SST unless stated otherwise. SST is applied at checkout per prevailing Malaysian tax requirements.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use our services lawfully and not to send unsolicited, fraudulent or unlawful communications. Messaging campaigns must comply with MCMC guidelines and recipient consent requirements. We may suspend services used in breach of these Terms.
4. Service availability
We target a 99.9% uptime and operate geo-redundant, multihomed infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practicable. Service levels for enterprise customers may be set out in a separate SLA.
5. Term & termination
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel effective at the end of your current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment or breach of these Terms.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the affected service in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or on our website. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
